We usually reply within one business day (Monday to Friday). Responses can take a little longer right after a new release or during a traffic spike, but every email gets read and answered. There is no phone line and no live chat; email is the fastest way to reach us and it keeps a written record for both sides.

What to Include in Your Message

The more context you give us, the faster we can help. When something isn't working, please include:

The email address on your MapsLeadExtractor account.
What you searched for (the exact business category and location).
What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
A screenshot or a short screen recording if the issue is visual.
The approximate date and time it happened, and your browser.

Billing, Plans, and Credits

For questions about pricing tiers, credit usage, upgrades, downgrades, or a refund request, email us from the address on your account so we can look it up. Most plan and invoice details are also available in your account dashboard once you're signed in. Refund requests are handled case by case, in line with the Terms of Service.

There's a good chance your answer is already there.

Partnerships, Affiliates & Press

We work with agencies, freelancers, and tool builders on integrations, co-marketing, and affiliate arrangements. If you run a newsletter, community, or agency and want to collaborate, email us with a short description of your audience and what you have in mind. Press and podcast requests are welcome too; mention your outlet and deadline.

Data & Privacy Requests

To request access to or deletion of your personal data, or to ask how we handle scraped business information, email us from your account address and see our Privacy Policy for the full details.
