What We Do

MapsLeadExtractor is a lead generation platform for marketing agencies, SEO consultants, and freelance developers. It scans Google Maps, detects specific web defects on business websites (no website, slow page speed, missing SSL, poor SEO, not mobile-friendly), verifies business emails, and helps launch AI-powered cold email campaigns from that data.

The idea is simple: instead of a generic pile of scraped businesses, you get a list of businesses that have a specific, provable problem you can pitch a fix for.

Why We Built It

MapsLeadExtractor started in 2025 out of a personal need. Doing lead generation for agency and freelance web/SEO work meant hours of manually clicking through Google Maps results, opening each business's website by hand, and checking whether it even had problems worth pitching.

Generic scraping tools like Outscraper, PhantomBuster, and Apify solve the "get data out of Google Maps" problem, but they stop there — you still get thousands of raw leads and have to manually sort out which ones actually need a website, a redesign, or an SEO fix. That manual qualification step was the actual bottleneck, so MapsLeadExtractor was built to automate it: detect the defect at scrape time, not after.
